The situation
The client wanted to know whether a Digital Out of Home (DOOH) campaign brought more visits to its venues.
How it worked
- Listed the DOOH screens in the campaign, by location and screen type.
- Identified the client’s venues.
- Set the campaign’s start and end dates.
- Identified the devices exposed to the campaign, by screen type.
- Compared the visit rate of the exposed devices with the visit rate of an unexposed control group.
Results
Mogean observed 14,065 devices visit the venues, 34,716 times in total. Of the exposed devices, 0.47% visited a venue, against 0.16% of the control group: a 186% lift in venue visits. Exposed devices were about 2.9 times as likely to visit as the control group.
