Validate that a claimed location, business, or visit is real, using an independently sourced US places dataset and geospatial checks.
Fraud, risk, and compliance teams use Mogean’s places data to check the physical side of a claim:
- Does this business exist at this address? Match against a verified, monthly refreshed US POI master with provenance tiers on every record.
- Is this location plausible? Geospatial consistency checks between stated addresses, coordinates, categories, and operating status.
- Has it closed, moved, or been renamed? Change events by month, reconciled to a named release.
